My stabilizing presence and personal journey from surviving to thriving uniquely equip me to support your transformation.In the past, I was not aware of how I felt and what I wanted. Most things didn't seem to matter to me. I was cynical and lonely. As I started to connect with my inner world, I realized parts of me were trying to protect me from all kinds of risks that weren't risky, while other aspects of me were being held back. I learned to be less judgmental toward myself about it. Then I started to listen to them and work on accepting them into my world. I found that I need to see myself first if I want to become less lonely. I learned what I want and became more optimistic. As I got better at doing that, it is now clear to me I want to help others grow into a fuller version of themselves.

My approach to coaching draws from a Zen-based therapeutic method known as The MindSet, and incorporating external and internal mindfulness, Tapping, and more.My coaching offers a supportive system, love, and accountability to help clients invest in themselves fully.

Through weekly one-hour sessions, I work with clients to enhance their state of mind, communication, and overall relationship quality. Clients learn to be present, acknowledging and choosing their responses to feelings and thoughts.
