Most things didn't seem to matter to me. I was cynical and lonely. As I started to connect with my inner world, I realized parts of me were trying to protect me from all kinds of risks that weren't risky, while other aspects of me were being held back. I learned to be less judgmental toward myself about it. Then I started to listen to them and work on accepting them into my world. I found that I need to see myself first if I want to become less lonely. I learned what I want and became more optimistic. As I got better at doing that, it is now clear to me I want to help others grow into a fuller version of themselves.
